Robot Artist

A robot that draws your guests.

Technology, art and a personalised gift in one interactive experience.

How it works

From photo to portrait in three steps

1📸 Photo
A photo is taken of the guest and AI turns it into a drawing – with details matching the party theme if you like.
2✍️ The robot draws
The robotic arm takes a pen and draws the portrait on a card line by line. Onlookers gather and the phones come out.
3🎁 Portrait to take home
The finished card goes home with the guest – with the event name and, if you like, your logo.

Example

The drawing stays recognisable – the expression, glasses, hairstyle, even the glass in hand. Fun details matching the party theme appear around it.

The example was made with AI to show the style. At your event the robot draws your guests with a pen.

Ideas

The portrait is just the start – here are a few ways to make it the favourite of the event.

Two on one card Friends, a couple or colleagues together – the robot draws both on the same card.
The party theme in the picture Disco, safari or gala – details matching the theme appear around the portrait.
Instead of a guest book Guests write a wish on the back of the portrait and stick it in the book – the couple gets a guest list in pictures.
Logo and message on the card The bottom of the card carries your logo and the event name – every portrait carries the brand on.
Time for a conversation While the robot draws, the guest stays at your stand – the best moment to present your product.
Film it and share A robot drawing makes the perfect short video – guests film it themselves and share it.

Why the Robot Artist

Everyone stops to watch
A drawing robot is a show: people gather, film and wait for their turn.
Real ink, not a print
The portrait is drawn on paper with a pen. Every line is real – and every card is one of a kind.
Your brand on every card
The card design carries your logo, the event name or a message – the portrait takes it home with the guest.
Content for social media
A robot at work is a ready-made short video – guests film and share it themselves.
Our operator is there
Our person stays with the robot for the whole event: takes the photos, changes the cards and keeps the queue moving.
Two robots side by side
For bigger crowds, two robots can share a table – two portraits come to life at once.

Events

Robot Artist is ideal for weddings, corporate events, trade shows, conferences, marketing events, presentations, openings and festivals.

For corporate events, the artwork can include a logo and brand elements, turning each portrait into a personalised branded souvenir.
