2. Quote enquiries
When you submit a quote enquiry, we process your name, email address, telephone number, event date, type and location, promotional code, message, source page and language, as well as your IP address and browser technical information for security purposes.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a suitable offer, take steps towards a possible booking and prevent fraud or spam. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in website security. We do not use enquiry contact details for newsletters or other direct marketing without a separate legal basis.
3. Retention and recipients
We retain an enquiry for as long as necessary to answer it and manage a possible booking. If an enquiry becomes an order, contractual and accounting information is retained for the period required by law. Information is deleted when it is no longer necessary and there is no legal obligation or justified need to retain it.
Our hosting, email and IT service providers may access data to the extent necessary while processing it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data received through the forms.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies enable secure form submission, save your cookie choice and protect the website. Analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after your prior consent. The choice lasts in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Google and Meta
Google Tag Manager manages website tags. With consent, Google Analytics and Google advertising services may process device, usage and campaign information. With advertising consent, Meta Pixel may send Meta the page visit and browser technical information. reCAPTCHA is activated when a form is submitted to protect the website.

6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where the legal conditions apply, restriction of processing, object to processing and exercise data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
